The High Weald Steam Working Weekend is situated in the High Weald of Sussex and is organised by a group of enthusiasts who like to see these magnificent machines being worked properly as they would have been many years ago.
With working displays including Threshing, Heavy Haulage, Road Making and Wood Sawing you will be hard pushed to find another similar event in the area.
In 2024, our event was featured in various publications including Old Glory & Vintage Spirit magazines.
*ALL EXHIBITOR CLASSES ARE NOW COMPLETELY FULL!*
This is an announcement to confirm that every single class of exhibit for our 2026 show is now completely full!!
This is a first for us at High Weald, and though something we have never experienced before, we would like to thank each and every one of you who has taken the time to fill in and enter into this year's show whether you were accepted or not
If you have any queries please message via Facebook and we'll do our very best to get back to you. Our inbox for the site was also completely full which is why there has been a delay in replying, Lisa and her team have done an incredible job responding and writing to hundreds of exhibits over the past month, all whilst juggling a full time job. So bare with us
Thank you all once again, we have been truly humbled by the support.
So, join us as we count down to what's set to be the largest steam and working weekend the South has EVER seen
